Troy Hylton

Troy Hylton has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Troy worked at NUCAP Industries Inc. from 1995 to the present, starting as an Engineering Manager/IT Manager and progressing to Vice-President of Global Engineering. In this role, they led a global team, managed P&L and capital projects, and implemented standardized operations across facilities. Troy also served as the Director of the Research & Development Group, overseeing R&D projects and implementing simulation software. Before NUCAP, they worked at Capital Tool & Design Ltd as a Mechanical Engineer from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, they had a role in product development at GRIP Metal Inc. since 2015.
