Yuval Dimnik

Yuval Dimnik is an accomplished investor and board member with significant experience in the technology sector. Currently, Yuval serves as an investor and board member at Bringoz and as managing director and executive director at Fosun RZ Capital, focusing on B2B, enterprise software, IT, cloud, and early-stage deep-tech companies. Yuval is also an active board member and investor at several companies, including IRP Systems, Similari, and Loops, while having founded Shush Technologies. Past roles include board membership at Got It, Inc., StyleSeat, and Reposify, and co-founding NooBaa, which was acquired by RedHat. Yuval holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Tel Aviv University and a cum laude BA in Computer Science and Management from The Open University of Israel.
