Evangelos Kostoulas

Evangelos Kostoulas is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and transactional matters. Currently serving as Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary at NEIL Services, Inc. since January 2023 and at Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited since August 2016, Evangelos has held various positions including Assistant Secretary and Associate Counsel. Prior experience includes over nine years as a Corporate Attorney at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, asset purchase agreements, and dispute resolution. Evangelos began a career in engineering as a Process Control Systems Engineer at New England Controls from 2001 to 2004.
