Mark A. Kratz

Mark A. Kratz is vice president, investor relations for BWX Technologies, Inc. (BWXT).

Mr. Kratz brings nearly 15 years of strategy, finance and investor relations experience from the aerospace and defense industry to his role. He joined BWXT in 2017 serving as the investor relations manager where he excelled in fostering long-term shareholder relationships for the company.

He previously served as senior investor relations manager for Harris Corporation, now known as L3Harris Technologies, Inc. Mr. Kratz also served in various other positions with Harris Corporation, including manager of corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kratz began his career with the Boeing Company as a business planning analyst leading contract change management and various operational projects.

Mr. Kratz earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. He also received Six Sigma black belt certification from Villanova University.
