Kelly Kaihara

Kelly Kaihara, PhD, serves as the Director of Life Science Tools & Diagnostics at General Inception since April 2021. In addition to this role, Kelly is involved with Nucleate as a Mentor and Judge, and also holds the position of Advisory Board Member at Nucleic Sensing Systems. As a BioTools Innovator Mentor, Kelly has contributed to several organizations including BioTools Innovator, Aopia Biosciences, RealSeq Biosciences, and Aureka Biotechnologies. Kelly's advisory role extends to Partillion Bioscience and mentorship at VC University. Academically, Kelly holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Chicago and has pursued further education in postdoctoral studies at the University of California, San Francisco, a Professional Sequence in Marketing Metrics and ROI at UC Berkeley, and Venture Capital University at UC Berkeley - School of Law.
