Louis-Pier Théberge, MBA, PMP has a diverse range of work experience. Louis-Pier started working at Nucleom in 2019, where they initially served as a Project Manager. Subsequently, they were promoted to Project Director in October 2022. Prior to that, from November 2017 to April 2019, they worked at Mecan-Hydro as a Project Manager in business development. During this time, they were responsible for proposing new innovative alternatives to the board, developing marketing and communication plans for international development, conducting strategic monitoring in the industry, researching new partnerships, and participating in human resources tasks. Louis-Pier also worked at Missions commerciales de l'Université Laval from October 2017 to June 2018 as an International Trade Agent. In this role, they focused on prospecting and recruiting qualified clients interested in developing their activities abroad, creating strategic development plans, promoting and selling services, receiving international trade training, and managing customer relationships using a CRM system.

Louis-Pier obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Université Laval in 2018, specializing in Project Management. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Management from Université du Québec à Rimouski, completing their studies in 2016.
