Suzi Norris currently serves as the Head of Contact and Service Delivery at Nucleus Financial, where responsibilities include managing the Customer Service Centre Department, overseeing service provision for an outsourced relationship with FNZ, and preparing for re-platforming amid significant transformational changes within the organization. Prior to this, Suzi gained extensive experience at Quilter, holding various leadership roles such as Head of Incident Management, Head of People Readiness for UK Platform Client Services, and Head of Innovation & Change (Ops Services), each contributing to successful business transformations and operational efficiency. Suzi's earlier career included a role as Senior Relationship Manager at Barclays Bank, focusing on management accounting and organizational design projects. Suzi holds a BA in Business Studies, Business & Finance from Bournemouth University.
