Mark Vytvytskyy, MBA, C.Dir, MD, is an experienced professional with a robust background in healthcare, technology, and municipal leadership. As the Chief Transformation Officer for the City of Burlington since August 2024, Vytvytskyy promotes metrics-driven accountability and innovative practices. In addition, Vytvytskyy serves as Vice President and Chair of the Innovation & Technology Committee at the Canada Ukraine Chamber of Commerce and is a Board Member for Nucleus Independent Living, playing pivotal roles in strategic planning and innovation.
