Scott Underwood

Scott Underwood has over a decade of experience in customer success and leadership roles. Most recently, they serve as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Nucleus Security since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Customer Success at INGENIOUS.BUILD (IngeniousIO) from 2022 to 2023 and at Relay Payments from 2021 to 2022. Scott also held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Yello.co from 2019 to 2021. Scott's career also includes roles such as Growth Coach at Catalyst Software and Start-up Mentor at CyberLaunch VC. In addition, they worked as a Director of Business Development at Axio and a Sr. Director of Customer Success at Core Security. Scott began their career as an Assistant Program Director & Project Consultant at Executive Entrepreneurs Society and as a Sales Representative/Operations Manager at Maxim Healthcare. Throughout their career, Scott has been responsible for driving customer success, building and scaling customer success departments, and delivering value to customers through strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Scott Underwood has an MBA from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, specializing in Master of Business Administration. Scott also holds a BA degree in Political Science and Sociology from Western Kentucky University.
