Prema Rajaraman

Ms. Prema Rajaraman is the Vice President and Chief People Officer at Nucleus Software. She is responsible for overseeing people strategy, organization transformation activities and rolling out effective initiatives to facilitate an open and conducive learning environment.

Prema brings over 28 years of experience in the IT industry, which is a mix of Account management, Delivery responsibilities and Learning & Development initiatives. Before joining Nucleus Software, Prema was the General Manager, Projects, at Keane India Ltd. (now Entity data), and was looking after prestigious accounts from US geography. Earlier, she had started her career with Nucleus and was a keen player in several successful implementations for Citibank.
