Dennis Pilarczyk, PE, currently serves as the Manager of Building Solutions for the Construction Solutions Group at Nucor Corporation since September 2020. Prior to this role, Dennis held positions at the American Institute of Steel Construction, progressing from Structural Steel Specialist to Senior Structural Steel Specialist between July 2018 and September 2020. Additionally, Dennis co-chaired the Raleigh-Wake HBA YoPros, focusing on educational events from January to August 2018. From November 2010 to July 2018, Dennis was the Structural Engineering Department Manager at SUMMIT Engineering, overseeing a team and engaging with builders for structural plans and inspections. Earlier in their career, Dennis was a Structural Engineering Project Manager at D. Miller & Associates, PA, and completed an engineering internship at Forensic Analysis & Engineering Corporation. Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2004.
