Douglas Wilner

Douglas Wilner is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as President of Corporate Legal Affairs and General Counsel at Nucor Corporation since May 2016, where Douglas has also held the positions of Vice President and General Manager of Corporate Legal Affairs. Prior to joining Nucor, Douglas Wilner was Assistant General Counsel - Litigation at Monsanto from December 2009 to April 2016. Douglas Wilner began his legal career at Bryan Cave, followed by positions at Harness, Dickey & Pierce, P.L.C., and Alston & Bird LLP. Douglas Wilner earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School, a Master of Science from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University.
