Cynthia R. has over eight years of work experience in the beauty industry. Cynthia began their career as a Counter Sales at Benefit Cosmetics in 2014. Cynthia then moved on to become an Arch Expert at Benefit Brow Bar Ulta Beauty in 2017, where they managed their time to meet or exceed sales goals, provided guidance on beneficial products and services, and consistently exceeded customer satisfaction expectations. In 2020, Cynthia R. worked as a Program Specialist at Covance, utilizing their computer and organizational skills. Cynthia also worked as a Field Sales and Skin Care Consultant at Shiseido, where they worked with a team and independently to meet and exceed metrics and sales goals, built and maintained strong relationships with the staff and management, and educated and cultivated team members, peers and guests on products. In 2021, Cynthia R. was a Field Sales and Skin Care Consultant at both Exuviance and Glow Recipe. Finally, in 2022, they began working as a Field Sales Coulnsultant and Makeup Artist at NUDESTIX and a Field Sales and Skin Care Consultant at Drunk Elephant, where they ensured knowledge of product and brand was current to ensure successful promotion of the company brand, evaluated ideal timeframes with high traffic in multiple locations, and conducted inventory evaluations and ensured product displays were current to date.

Cynthia R. obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Southern New Hampshire University in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 2020 to 2024. Cynthia also attended Bellus Academy from 2016 to 2017, obtaining a degree in Cosmetology. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Cosmetologist, Aesthetician, and Nail Technologist (Licensed) from the California board of barbering and cosmetology in April 2017.
