Emilie Chan's work experience begins in 2013 when they worked as a Marketing Content Creator at Century 21 Canada Limited Partnership. In 2014, they co-founded Her. Box and held the position of Co-Founder until 2015. From 2017 to 2019, Emilie worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University. Emilie returned to this position in 2019 and 2020.

In 2020, Emilie joined Labelium as a Junior Account Manager and was later promoted to Account Manager. In 2021, they became a Senior Account Manager, and then transitioned to the role of Associate Account Director in 2022. Emilie was subsequently promoted to Account Director later that year and held this position until 2023.

Emilie's most recent work experience is as a Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager at NUDESTIX, starting in 2023.

Emilie Chan has a Master of Arts in Fashion (MA) with a focus on Consumer Behaviour & E-Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) in Marketing Management from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University. Additionally, Emilie participated in an Exchange Program at Nanyang Business School, where they studied Business.

In terms of certifications, Emilie has obtained several qualifications. Emilie holds a Media Buying certification from Facebook, obtained in June 2022. Emilie also has certifications in Google Ads Display, Google Ads Search, Amazon Sponsored Ads, Google Ads Video, Google Shopping Ads, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification, all obtained between 2020 and 2021.
