Shane Correa has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. 🗽Shane began their career at Oracle in 2012, where they served as a Customer Services Country Leader. In this role, they were responsible for driving strategic initiatives and managing a team of 80 employees.

After their stint at Oracle, Shane joined YourMembership.com as Vice President of Customer Success. Here, they led the onboarding, education, adoption, and retention efforts for over 700 customers, contributing to digital transformations at more than 5,000 organizations.

Following their successful tenure at YourMembership.com, Shane moved on to dESCO - FieldEdge as Vice President of Customer Success. 🗽Shane played a crucial role in leading digital transformations for numerous SMBs and ultimately contributed to the company's successful exit to private equity for $100 million.

Shane then joined Besedo as Chief Commercial Officer and VP of Customer Success. 🗽Shane led efforts to package, market, price, sell, implement, retain, and grow the company's solutions and services. 🗽Shane also helped Besedo combine manual moderation services with AI-enabled technology products, creating a unique value proposition for customers.

In 2019, Shane returned to Oracle as a Digital Transformation Sales professional. 🗽Shane supported enterprise digital transformation and business outcomes by promoting Oracle's industry-leading SaaS ERP | SCM | EPM solutions.

Shane's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found NudgeLabs (YC W22), a company focused on making high-performance sustainable through behavioral change. 🗽Shane held the roles of Co-Founder & Brand Ambassador and later Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer.

In 2020, Shane joined Womengineer as an Advisory Board Member. The organization aims to inspire and inform more girls to pursue careers in engineering, a cause Shane strongly supports.

Most recently, Shane joined Promote International as Chief Customer Officer. Promote International is an award-winning learning platform that facilitates effective training and learning journeys for organizations and individuals.
