Joseph Urbani began their work experience as an Audit Staff at Laventhol & Horwath from 1985 to 1987. Joseph then worked as a Financial Auditor at IU International in 1987. From 1988 to 2007, they worked at Arkema, Inc., initially in various roles in the Controllers Group and then as the Central Division Controller for the Additives Division. During their time at Arkema, they provided strategic guidance, developed a global project portfolio management model, and reported to the Central Division President. In 2007, Urbani joined Temple University Hospital as a Controller where they improved financial statements, implemented cash flow control processes, and enhanced the process control of cash, investments, and debt. Following that, they worked as a Financial Business Consultant from 2010 to 2012, consulting for several non-profit organizations and a real estate management company. Currently, they are the Vice President of Finance at NueHealth LLC, a role they have held since 2012.

Joseph Urbani attended Seton Hall University from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Following that, they pursued further education at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 1991 to 1993, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance, General.
