Isabel Torres

Isabel Torres is an experienced program manager currently leading the Housing Resources Program at Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation since June 2018, focusing on aligning initiatives with organizational goals and team management. Previously, Isabel served as a Family Liaison at the Family Independence Initiative, engaging low-income families in social mobility programs, and held positions in community outreach, case management, and substance abuse counseling at various organizations. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Springfield College and a High School Equivalency Diploma from Quincy Teen Mother.
