Emma Nowakowski

Emma Nowakowski has over 20 years of work experience in the beauty and wellness industry. Emma began their career in 1996 as a Managing Skin Therapist for Warner's Hotel Group. In 1998, they worked as a Certified Massage and Beauty Therapist for Steiner Leisure Limited. From 1999 to 2001, they were a Beauty Therapy Teacher for Highbury College and then a Spa Business Owner and Working Therapist for Burbidge Beauty Clinic. From 2005 to 2014, they held various roles at Dermalogica, International Dermal Institute, and Kerstin Florian International, including Training Center Manager & Senior Instructor International Dermal Institute, Instructor/Advanced Instructor, and NE Regional Account Executive & Corporate Education. In 2019, they became the Global Director, Education & Training for both haia Wellness and Organic Male OM4. Most recently, in 2020, Emma was appointed as the Director of Global Education and Training for NuFACE.

Emma Nowakowski attended Callington Community School from 1986 to 1991. Emma then attended Saltash College from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Beauty Therapy. Finally, they attended Highbury College from 1999 to 2000, where they obtained a Teacher's Certificate City & Guilds, Assessors Certificate D32 & D33.
