André Paula Santos

André Paula Santos is a seasoned policy expert with extensive experience in EU affairs, currently serving as the Head of EU Policy at Nufarm since November 2023. Prior to this role, André led lobbying initiatives for the European biodiesel industry as Head of EU Policy at the EBB European Biodiesel Board from March 2016 to October 2023, engaging with various European Commission groups and coordinating stakeholder actions. André held multiple positions at the European Centre for Public Affairs 2.0, including Secretary General and Events Officer, and served as a Public Affairs Advisor at the Union of the European Lubricants Industry from January 2015 to March 2016. Additionally, André worked as a Consultant at Dentons Global Advisors, providing strategic advice on EU legislation and advocacy. André holds a Master's Degree in Administrative Law and Public Procurement and a Degree in Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
