Kathleen Frazier

Kathleen Frazier possesses extensive experience in finance, operations, and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving in Finance & Operations at NuGen Capital Management since December 2023, Kathleen previously held multiple positions at Providence Hebrew Day School, including Office Manager and Executive Assistant to both the Head of School and the Dean from January 2020 to December 2023. At Arpin Van Lines, Inc., a tenure lasting from 1989 to December 2023, Kathleen advanced from Manager of Human Resources to Director of Training & Development and later to Director of Agency Communications & Events, among other roles. Additionally, Kathleen was Director of Marketing & Communications for the Arpin Charitable Fund from October 2013 to May 2018 and served on its Board of Directors. Educational qualifications include studies at Kennedy-Western University from 1980 to 1984.
