Muhammad Jaffar

Muhammad Jaffar is a Senior Product Designer at nugget.ai. Muhammad has previously worked as a product designer at Sightly Inc, FutureFit AI, and University of Guelph - Open Learning and Educational Support (OpenEd). Muhammad has also worked as a quality engineer at RBC and Lendr Inc. Prior to that, they were a customer service representative at Scotiabank.

Muhammad Jaffar completed a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering at the University of Guelph. Muhammad also holds a certificate in User Experience Design from the University of Toronto. In addition, they have completed a certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and has also received certifications from IBM in Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, and from LinkedIn in Design Thinking: Understanding the Process. Muhammad is also an AudaciousYou Fellow - UI/UX Design Pathway from Audacious Futures, and has completed a Design 101 certification from Designlab.

They work with Nicholas Tessier - Product Manager, Katherin Gomez - Business Analyst, and Daniel Amado - UX/UI Designer. Their manager is Ali El-Shayeb, Chief Executive Officer.
