Leandro Marques

Leandro Marques is an experienced professional in mediation, arbitration, and executive leadership. Currently serving as Presidente at CAMEC-SP Câmara Arbitral de Mediação e Conciliação de São Paulo since September 2017 and as CEO at VALIDU Gestão de Recebíveis since March 2020, Leandro also holds the position of Juiz Arbitral, Mediador e Conciliador at CONFEJA. As the Diretor Executivo and Fundador of Avance Estágios Especializados since November 2012, Leandro has demonstrated expertise in managing and resolving civil, labor, and commercial disputes. Previous roles include Vice-presidente at Center Credit Recuperadora de Ativos Financeiros and Diretor geral at MBM Recuperações de Ativos Financeiros Ltda. Leandro's educational background includes advanced studies in mediation and arbitration from CONFEJA, a post-graduate degree in Conciliation and Conflict Mediation at Centro de Mediadores, and a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. Additionally, Leandro is pursuing studies in Sociology and Politics at FESPSP.
