Markus Gruber

Markus Gruber is the current Head of B2B at Nuki. Markus has also previously served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Load Monitoring Systems and Modulift. In 2020, they became the Managing Director pewag Deutschland and was responsible for full P&L responsibility for the German market organization, organizational development and digitalization of the sales processes, introducing ERP and CRM systems processes and leading the organizational transformation, and introducing an end2end sales process improvement-cycle. Markus also served as the International Business Development Manager / Member of the Management Team at pewag group, where they were responsible for partnering with Sales Leaders across the organization to design, develop and sharpen go-to-market strategies, project management and execution of international projects, business model innovation and development of a franchise concept, development of marketing & sales activity plans for emerging markets, and teaching and training to grow and foster pipelines, forecasts and other sales-/selling relevant KPIs.

Markus Gruber has a Dr.phil. in Political Sciences from the University of Vienna, a Universitätskurs / Zertifizierung in Systemische Beratung from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, a Post-graduate master's degree in International Economics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, and a Mag. phil. in Political Sciences from the University of Vienna. Markus also has an Auslandssemester in International Relations & Diplomacy from the University of Antwerp. In addition, they have various certifications from Hilti Deutschland AG and Hilti Group in sales management, marketing, leadership, and human resources.

Markus Gruber reports to Martin Pansy, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Alexander Ketter - Head of Operations, Matthias Dolejschi - Head of B2C, and Clarissa Morales - Head of Marketing.
