Kathryn Mitcham

Kathryn Mitcham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in pet nutrition and brand education. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Nutrition & Brand Education at Nulo Pet Food since August 2016, Kathryn manages the company's learning management system and develops innovative educational training tools for both internal training and retail partners. Previous roles at Nulo include Training & Development Manager, Partner Marketing & Education Manager, and Customer Care & Education Specialist, where responsibilities ranged from conducting trainings to supporting marketing initiatives. Kathryn began their career as a Brand Ambassador with Nulo, educating pet owners about nutrition. Prior to Nulo, Kathryn worked as a Pet Nutrition Consultant at Hill's Pet Nutrition and has a strong background in customer service from a tenure at Petsense. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Biology from The University of Georgia.
