Jenny Rypkema is the Head of Customer Success at NUMA, where responsibilities include coordinating programs that facilitate the adoption of innovative work practices for large corporations and providing training in Design Thinking methodologies. With extensive experience in academic and program coordination, Jenny previously served as the Academic Coordinator at Institut Supérieur de Gestion, focusing on English-language business programs, as well as a Program Coordinator at Ecole Polytechnique Executive Education. Additional roles at Stanford Graduate School of Business and various educational institutions have honed skills in program management and customer service. Jenny holds a Bachelor’s degree in International/Global Studies and French Language and Literature from Brandeis University, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Tourism from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
