Daniel Martí Hedström has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Most recently, they worked at numa (formerly COSI) as the Director of Real Estate/Expansion for Iberia, where they focused on changing the way guests feel about travel by designing and equipping accommodations in exciting European cities. Prior to numa, they served as the Head of Expansion for South Spain at OYO Vacation Homes. At OYO, they also held the position of Head of Expansion for Andalucía, where they led business development, built and maintained relationships with hotel partners, developed market strategies, and ensured the achievement of supply targets.
Before their roles at OYO, Daniel founded and operated Solem Partners, a sales agency and consulting company for beauty brands seeking distribution expansion. Daniel also worked at MAEGE France as the Export Director and Area Sales Manager for Spain, where they developed distribution strategies and managed sales teams.
Earlier in their career, Daniel worked as a Team Lead, Project Manager, and International Project Manager at Bonial.com, and in the Marketing and Sales Department at Mast-Jägermeister SE. Daniel also served as a Brand Ambassador for Tanqueray Gin at Diageo.
In addition, Daniel has experience in education and leadership as a Group Leader at B.US. Idiomas and Country Cousins, where they supervised and was responsible for a group of Spanish students studying in the UK.
Daniel Martí Hedström completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Universidad de Sevilla from 2008 to 2012. Daniel further pursued the same degree at Technische Universität Braunschweig during the academic year 2011-2012. Additionally, they enrolled in the Master Programme in Marketing at Karlstad University from 2013 to 2014. In 2013, they also obtained an IELTS certification from EnglishScore.
