Loïc Degueldre

Loïc Degueldre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and simulation automation. Currently serving as the Simulation Automation R&D Manager at Numalogics since January 2020 and as the Founder and Strategic Developments Director at ooSoft since June 2017, Loïc also held the position of Lecturer at École de technologie supérieure for a brief period in late 2018. Prior to recent roles, Loïc was Engineering Manager at SimuTech Group from January 2008 to May 2017, overseeing the Montreal office technical team with a focus on ANSYS customization, along with various consulting and training responsibilities. Loïc's career began at ANSYS, Inc. from 2001 to 2007, progressing from Technical Post-Sales Support Team Leader to Consulting Engineer, where key contributions included leading technical support for French customers and orchestrating training sessions. Loïc's academic foundation includes a General Engineering Degree from Centrale Lyon and Ph.D. work in Underwater Acoustics.
