Clinical Governance Lead at Numan Intelligence

Lauren Sien has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Lauren started their career as an Intern at Shearn Delamore & Co, where they contributed technical knowledge on pharmaceutical compounds and assisted in litigation proceedings for pharmaceutical patent infringement. Lauren then worked as a Research Project Intern at Gamlen Tableting Limited, where they presented research findings at international conferences and gained proficiency in preformulation and compression technology. Lauren continued their career as a Pre-registration Pharmacist at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust and as a Clinical Pharmacist at Medway NHS Foundation Trust. Lauren later joined Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust as a Resident Pharmacist and eventually became a Pharmacist specializing in Medicines, Advisory and Governance. Most recently, Lauren worked as a Clinical Services Manager - Pharmacy at The London Independent Hospital. In 2023, they will join Numan as a Clinical Governance Lead.

Lauren Sien completed their Master's Degree in Pharmacy from King's College London, from the year 2010 to 2014. Lauren then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmacy Practice from UCL, from 2016 to 2019. In addition, they obtained a certification in First Aid at Work from St John Ambulance in the year 2014.
