Christy Maver has held a variety of roles in the marketing and business analyst fields. In 1999, they began their career as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting. Christy then moved on to Mainspring as a Business Analyst in 2000. In 2001, they became a Content Manager and Marketing Manager at the IBM Institute for Business Value. From 2007 to 2014, they held various roles at IBM, including Big Data Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Communications Manager - Smarter Analytics, Information Management, and Communications Manager, Data Management. In 2014, they took on the role of Global Product Marketing Director - Analytics at Actian Corporation. In 2015, they became VP Marketing and Director of Marketing at Numenta. In addition, they are a Certified Bikram Yoga Instructor.
Christy Maver attended Blue Valley Northwest High School from 1993 to 1994. Christy then attended Princeton University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
