Jesse Von Dietsch

Jesse Von Dietsch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jesse started their career at Wildfire as a Support Engineer from 1998 to 2003, and later transitioned to a Technical Support Engineer role from 1999 to 2003. Following that, Jesse joined IMLogic in 2004 and worked in a support role until 2005.

In 2005, they started working at Symantec as a Principal Technical Support Engineer, providing backline support for Enterprise Instant Messaging products, ISP-level Mail Filtering product, and Appliance Mail Filtering product. Jesse stayed with Symantec until 2010.

Jesse then joined Core Security Inc. in 2013, where they first worked as a Solutions Consultant from February 2013 to July 2015. Jesse also served as a Principal Technical Support Engineer during this time, offering backline support for CORE Insight Enterprise Security Solution. Jesse developed troubleshooting tools and delivered training for various products.

From 2015 to 2018, Jesse worked at Altisource Technology. Jesse started as a Support/Production Operations Team Lead, responsible for internal and external support for REALDoc 2.x issues. Jesse also facilitated the integration of new customers into support processes and provided training. Later, they transitioned to a DevOps Engineer role, where they automated deployments using Chef, managed multiple sites, developed documentation, and performed code reviews.

In 2018, Jesse joined Numerated as a DevOps Engineer, where they worked on creating and updating Ansible inventories, templates, roles, and playbooks for platform deployment. Jesse also developed additional tools using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and other technologies. Later, they took on the role of Support Lead/SRE/DevOps, focusing on deployments, managing datacenters, resolving technical issues for banks, creating support documentation, mentoring support team members, and leading calls with customers.

Throughout their work experience, Jesse has demonstrated technical expertise and a knack for problem-solving. Jesse has extensive experience in technical support, DevOps, and automation.

Jesse Von Dietsch attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1995 to 2000, where they studied Computer Science.
