Krista Davis

Krista Davis, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the fields of talent acquisition and recruitment. Krista currently works at Numerica Credit Union as a Talent Acquisition Partner since October 2021. Before that, they worked at Banner Bank as a Recruiter from May 2018 to October 2021, where they managed relationships with hiring leaders, evaluated applicants, and presented qualified candidates to managers. Prior to that, Krista worked at Aspen Personnel, Inc as a Staffing Recruiter for a brief period in early 2018, where they developed recruitment plans and conducted interviews. Krista also has experience as a Sr. Adjuster at Liberty Mutual Insurance from January 2017 to December 2017, where they handled various insurance claims and reviewed evidence to determine fault.
