Leslie McClure Krasner

Leslie McClure Krasner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Numerix since July 2022. Previously, Leslie held the position of Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney from April 2000 to May 2022, where responsibilities included negotiating contracts with Fortune 100 companies and reviewing marketing and client materials for regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at Citi from July 1997 to April 2000, focusing on compliance with federal and international securities laws related to employee equity plans. Leslie holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from American University Washington College of Law and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Central Missouri.
