Brian Forde

Co-Founder & CEO at Numero

Brian Forde is the co-founder and CEO of Numero. Brian was previously a candidate for CA-45, a senior lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and the director of the Digital Currency Initiative at the MIT Media Lab. Brian also served as a senior advisor for mobile and data innovation at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, where they led the White House Innovation for Disaster Response and Recovery Initiative in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, supported the launch of the President's Open Data Initiatives, started White House Tech Inclusion and Tech Hire Initiatives, and led a team of municipal innovators from across the country to author the plan to support Mayor Duggan’s vision for a 21st Century Detroit. Before their work in government, Brian was the president and co-founder of Llamadas S.A., a telephone company in Argentina.

Brian Forde has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles and a MBA from the London Business School.
