Bridget Suubiza

Bridget Suubiza has a diverse work experience. Bridget started their career in 2019 as a Junior Associate at Challenges Uganda, where they participated in the Youth to Work program and worked closely with the enterprise team to analyze the business and provide recommendations for improvement. This role helped enhance their skills in communication, teamwork, problem solving, and organization.

In 2020, Bridget joined Amarin Financial Group as a Business Development Assistant, where they worked until November 2020.

In 2021, they joined Tugende as a Product Development Officer, contributing to the company's growth and development until January 2023.

Currently, Bridget is a Junior Product Analyst at Numida, where they have been working since January 2023.

Bridget Suubiza holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, obtained from Makerere University, where they studied from 2022 to 2024. Prior to pursuing their MBA, they completed the Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute between 2020 and 2021. Bridget also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Makerere University, earned in the period from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification from the Corporate Finance Institute in November 2022.
