Yvonne van der Rijken

Yvonne van der Rijken has a diverse work experience in the areas of operations management, program management, and continuous improvement. Between 2019 and the present, they worked at NUMIDIA BV, serving as an Operations Director and a Program Portfolio Manager responsible for continuous improvement. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Medtronic as a Manager of Operational Excellence and a Senior Project Manager/Master Black Belt. Prior to that, Yvonne worked at Flextronics Global Services as a Manager of TQM and Business Excellence, where they were responsible for managing business support and services, translating customer agreements into transformation programs, and leading cross-functional teams. Yvonne also worked at Penske Logistics as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, where they managed improvement projects and delivered training.

Yvonne van der Rijken completed their Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfskunde & Logistiek (Vervoersacademie) at Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 1997 to 2001. Yvonne also holds additional certifications including a Black Belt from GE obtained in July 2002, and a Master Black Belt from Medtronic obtained in June 2015. It is not specified where they obtained their Bachelor's degree for Logistics & Economics.
