Ian Little serves as the Head of Settlements, Custody, and Corporate Actions at Numis since August 2022, bringing extensive experience from a 22-year tenure at HSBC. At HSBC, Ian held various leadership roles, including Director and Global Head of Global Distribution and Transfer Agency Line Control, where Ian established GDTA Line Control across 13 countries and revamped governance materials for data-driven insights. As the Head of Broker Outsourcing Operations in GSC & DCC Malaysia, Ian implemented a new operating model that led to a 50% reduction in staff and significant cost savings. Further responsibilities included enhancing control measures in outsourcing departments and improving organizational structures across multiple markets in Asia. Ian's strategic initiatives consistently focused on operational efficiency, risk management, and talent development within diverse teams.
