Tamica Sears has extensive work experience in human resources and executive coaching. Tamica started their career in 2006 as a Human Resources Generalist at Tucson Heart Hospital. Tamica then worked at several companies in various HR roles, including Watermark Retirement Communities as a Benefits Manager, Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. as a Sr. HR Generalist, and Raytheon as a Principal Human Resources Generalist. In 2016, they joined Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK as a Sr Human Resources Business Partner, where they stayed until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the VP of Talent at Atlis Motor Vehicles. In 2021, they became the Lead Instructor - Executive Coach Training/Coach Supervisor at The Institute for Integrative Intelligence. In 2022, they joined Numly™, Inc. as the Director of Leadership Coaching Enablement. Currently, they also work as an Executive Coach & HR Consultant at Sears Coaching.

Tamica Sears has a diverse education history. Tamica obtained a Master's degree in Administration-Organizational Leadership Emphasis from Northern Arizona University in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development and Psychology from American InterContinental University in 2008.
