Douglas Punt

Douglas Punt has an extensive background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience. Douglas most recently served as the Director of HR Operations at Numotion since November 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. HR Consultant at Connecticut Children's Medical Center from January 2016 to November 2018. Douglas previously held leadership positions at ConnectiCare, Inc. & Affiliates, where they served as a Sr. HR Business Partner and Project Manager from January 2001 to January 2016. Douglas also worked as a Performance Improvement Consultant at ConnectiCare from December 1996 to January 2001. Throughout their career, Douglas has been recognized for their ability to collaborate and innovate, driving exceptional results in areas such as talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational structure.

Douglas Punt attended Kingston High School from 1978 to 1982, obtaining a college preparatory education. Douglas then went on to study at the University of Rochester from 1982 to 1986, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics with a focus on Mathematics / Business.
