Jennifer Maichuk has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer started their career at the National Coalition for Assistive and Rehab Technology-NCART, where they served as a Legislative Initiative Coordinator. During their time there, they coordinated and scheduled legislative appointments for industry professionals and consumers during an annual conference in Washington, DC. Jennifer was also involved in advocating for complex wheelchair users.

In 2010, Jennifer joined Monroe Wheelchair as the Vice President of Human Resources, Education, & Marketing. Jennifer later took on the role of Monroe Learning Network Administrator. Jennifer'sresponsibilities included managing the organization's learning network and ensuring effective implementation of educational programs. Jennifer served in these roles until February 2020.

Currently, Jennifer is working at Numotion as the Operations Manager. Jennifer started in February 2020 and is responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring the fulfillment of customer orders. In April 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director of Operations Fulfillment.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated their expertise in operations management, advocacy, and coordination of legislative initiatives.

Jennifer Maichuk attended St. John Fisher University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Education with a focus on Childhood/Special Education. Prior to that, they attended Monroe Community College from 2000 to 2003 and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree with a certificate in Human Services. Jennifer holds additional certifications in NYS Teaching, specifically for Childhood (Grades 1-6) and Students with Disabilities (Grades 1-6), although the institution and specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
