Alfonso Festa

Alfonso Festa has extensive experience in human resources and retail management, currently serving as HR & Retail Director at Nuna Lie since September 2013, and previously holding roles such as HR Director and Area Retail Coordinator. Prior to this, Alfonso was involved in the education sector at MeliusForm Business School as a Docente for the Assessment & Development Program from September 2011 to July 2021. Additional experience includes HR Director positions at Paul Taylor and David Naman, as well as a Senior Consultant role at Randstad Professionals. Earlier in their career, Alfonso worked as a Project Manager at SHL Group. Alfonso Festa holds a Laurea in Psychology from Sapienza Università di Roma and a degree in Systemic-Relational Psychotherapy from Scuola Romana di Psicoterapia Familiare.
