David Shere

David Shere has over a decade of work experience in various industries. David began their career in 2005 as an Associate Tester at Quality Vectors. In 2008, they interned with the Department of Treasury's Office of Economic Policy. In 2009, they worked as a Federal Budget and Tax Intern at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities. David then worked as a Political Communications Intern at Communities for Quality Education in 2010. That same year, they worked as a Researcher at Media Matters for America. In 2013, they were a Marketing Intern at Sincerely. In 2014, they worked as a Product/Data Analyst at Optimizely. In 2015, they worked as a Data Engineer, Analytics at Hillary for America. In 2017, they became a Software Engineer, Data at Betterment. Finally, in 2018, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Nuna Inc.

David Shere completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and a B.A. in Politics at the University of California, Santa Cruz between 2005 and 2009. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera.
