Kayvon Ali has over 10 years of work experience in the field of Information Technology. In 2011, they began their career as a Desktop Support Technician Supervisor at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, where they supervised a student staff of 12 technicians and engaged in tier 2 troubleshooting. Kayvon was promoted to Supervisor after four months and crafted a ticket delegation process which reduced the ticket queue by 15%. In 2012, they worked as an IT Intern at the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, where they researched, took requirements, and extended Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Corporate Marketing. Kayvon also led the redesign and expansion of intranet functionality improving front office engagement. That same year, they began working at the Chicago Cubs as a Database Developer and Service Desk Analyst. In this role, they worked with the Data Architect to create timely and actionable business intelligence for the Cubs' executive and operation teams. Kayvon also led report development, including gathering business requirements and rules, and developed executive dashboarding and operational reporting across four business units. In 2015, they began working at NorthShore University HealthSystem as a Senior Programmer Analyst, where they acted as the lead data warehouse developer and conceived requirement validation and ETL automation that reduced research data extraction time by 80%. That same year, they began working at Northwestern Medicine as an Analytics Consultant, where they supported the analytical needs of the Northwestern Medicine health system by defining and implementing system-wide key performance indicators, creating interactive reports, developing predictive models and presenting data insights to clinicians and management. In 2016, they began working at Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Data Consultant and Data Consultant, where they consulted Northern California physician leadership on practice management, patient care, and quality through data analysis, performance improvement initiatives and report creation. Kayvon also led practice management analytic consulting and worked with physician leaders to create a methodology which identified, presented and suggested interventions for physicians with efficiency and/or workload issues from a pool of 1500 physicians. In 2019, they began working at Blue Shield of California as a Principal Analyst, Provider & Network Strategy. Finally, in 2022, they began working at Nuna Inc. as a Health Data Analytics.
Kayvon Ali has a diverse educational background. Kayvon is currently attending the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended the University of Chicago, where they earned a Master of Science in Analytics. Kayvon also studied abroad at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. Finally, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
