Rayna Allonce

Rayna Allonce has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Laboratory Assistant role at Lehigh University in 2009. Rayna then worked as a Research Intern for the Ministère de la Santé Publique et de la Population in 2014. From 2013 to 2015, they held three roles at Bryn Mawr College, including Class of 2015 Honor Board Representative, French Teaching Assistant, and Theatre Technician. During this time, they also completed Senior Thesis Fieldwork and Research at the African Family Health Organization. In 2015, they began working at Research Partnership as a Research Analyst, later being promoted to Research Executive and then Senior Research Executive. In 2019, they began working at Nuna Inc. as a UX Designer, then UX Designer II, and finally Senior UX Designer. That same year, they also took on a Product Designer & Project Manager role at MedRespond for an 8-month long CMU MHCI capstone project.

Rayna Allonce obtained their Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University in 2019. Rayna completed their Bachelor of Arts - BA in Anthropology and French double major, Biology minor from Bryn Mawr College in 2015. In 2013, they attended the Institut d'études françaises d'Avignon for French and Francophone Literature. Rayna graduated from Liberty High School in 2011. In 2015, they obtained a Certificate in Management from Bryn Mawr College.
