Kyra Kilabuk

Kyra Kilabuk is a nursing student at Nunavut Arctic College since September 2021. In addition to academic pursuits, Kyra has held multiple roles with the Government of Nunavut, including Regional Tourism Coordinator and Administrative Assistant since June 2017. Prior experience includes serving as an Information Counsellor at Nunavut Tourism from June 2012 to January 2017 and as a Cashier at Arctic Ventures from August 2009 to September 2012. Educational qualifications include Indigenous Studies from the University of Alberta in 2019, participation in the Nunavut Teacher Education Program at Nunavut Arctic College from 2016 to 2017, and foundational studies at Nunavut Arctic College from 2015 to 2016. Kyra's secondary education was completed at Inukshuk High School and Hillcrest High School between 2013 and 2017.
