Ariana Mecías has a diverse work experience in the fields of marketing, design, and management. Ariana is currently working as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Nunegal Consulting since June 2023. Before that, they worked as a Senior Product and UX Designer, specializing in motion and graphic design, from August 2022 to June 2023 at the same company.
Prior to their role at Nunegal Consulting, Ariana was the Web and Product Design Team Lead at Empathy.co from January 2022 to July 2022. There, they were responsible for creative direction and leading and delivering corporate, editorial, and advertising design projects for Motive.co and Empathy.
In 2021, Ariana worked as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Teacher at Virtual TIC from May 2021 to June 2022, focusing on teaching digital marketing and social media techniques.
From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Graphic Designer specializing in 2D/3D modeling at SUGEMA eventos creativos. Their role involved creative design for temporary spaces and stands, 2D and 3D modeling, and infographic development.
Ariana also gained experience at Todoser from July 2018 to March 2019 as the Head of the Marketing Department, where their responsibilities included graphic art production, virtual recreations, online marketing strategies, and corporate digital communication. Ariana also served as the Head of the Administration Department, where they implemented financial systems and controls and managed contracts and billing.
Before joining Todoser, Ariana worked as a Graphic Designer specializing in 2D/3D modeling at SUGEMA eventos creativos in 2018. Ariana was involved in designing event furniture, packaging, and creative packaging, as well as 2D and 3D modeling.
In 2016, Ariana worked at Virtual TIC as a teacher, specializing in digital marketing, sales techniques, guerrilla marketing, graphic design, operating systems, office software, and database management.
Ariana started their career as a Co-founder and Project Manager at NBSP Developers in 2013, where they focused on graphic design and audiovisual production for digital projects.
Ariana also worked as a Graphic Advertising Designer at La Voz de Galicia in 2017, where they displayed their creativity by producing graphic materials for the press and adapting content for responsive design on their website.
Additionally, Ariana gained experience as a Team Leader and Head of the Technical Support Department at MN program Software de gestión from March 2014 to March 2015, where they were responsible for leading and training the support team, ensuring quality control, and creating technical documentation.
Ariana Mecías is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Motion Graphics at SHIFTA by ELISAVA, starting in 2022 and expected to finish in 2023. Prior to this, in 2021, they obtained a certification in Official Scrum Manager (150 PDAs) and Product Owner (70 PDAs) from the European Business Factory (EBF Business School), specializing in agile methodologies. In the same year, they also completed a course in UX/UI at MrMarcel School, focusing on graphic design. Earlier in their education, from 2015 to 2018, Ariana studied Graphic Advertising Design and Audiovisual Creation at ESERP Business & Law School.
In addition to their formal education, Ariana Mecías obtained a Scrum Manager - Autoridad certification (220 PDAs) from Scrum Manager in October 2021.
