Caitlin Schwager

Caitlin Schwager has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1999, they started their career as an Audience Services representative at Shakespeare & Company. Caitlin then moved on to The Nora Theatre Company, where they worked in Marketing & Audience Development from 2003 to 2005. Caitlin later joined MassINC as a Development Assistant & Office Manager from 2005 to 2007. Caitlin then transitioned to Polaris Healthcare Services, Inc. as the Vice President for Programs, overseeing a $6.5 million contract for the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health Metro Boston Southeast Area from 2007 to 2012.

In 2012, Caitlin joined Running Specialty Group (RSG) as a Community Outreach/Field Marketing Manager until 2015. From 2015 to 2021, they served as the Director of Communications at LifeStance Health (formerly Commonwealth Psychology). In 2021, Caitlin joined Tufts Medicine as the HR Communications Manager, a role they held until 2023. Currently, they work at NuPath Inc. as the Director of Creative Staffing Solutions, a position they started in June 2023.

Caitlin Schwager attended Skidmore College from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Theater.
