Khalid al Damegh

Khalid Al Damegh has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Khalid began their career as a Faculty Member in the Department of Information Technology at the Institute of Public Administration's Computer Center in 1985. After completing their tenure there in 1996, they joined the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) as a Section Supervisor in the Directorate of Computing for Air Operations Systems. In 1999, they became the Director of Information Center at the Arab Gulf Programme for United Nations Development Organization (AGFUND) and stayed in that role until 2004. Following this, they served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the Riyadh Military Hospital (RMH) from 2004 until 2009. Finally, they joined the National Unified Procurement Company (NUPCO) in 2009, first as the CIO and later as the Strategy Senior Director, a position they currently hold.

Khalid Al Damegh pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting in 1984. Khalid obtained a Diploma in Electronic Data Processing & Programming from the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) between 1984 and 1986. Subsequently, from 1987 to 1990, they attended The American University Washington DC and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Finally, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Chico, completing their studies there from 1991 to 1993.
