Noura Elarabi is a technical lead at the National Unified Procurement Company "NUPCO" since March 2022, with a strong background in full stack software engineering developed over nearly four years at Integrant, Inc., where Noura held multiple titles including Senior Software Engineer. Prior experience includes training at various healthcare technology organizations, including Siemens Healthineers, Elentag Elharby Hospital, and Life Care Technology, focusing on biomedical devices. Noura began a career in customer service with Teleperformance Egypt. Noura holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Helwan University Cairo and a Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Computer and Information Sciences from the Information Technology Institute.
