Melissa Riddell

Melissa Riddell is the Director of Research Development at NURA, with extensive experience in ingredient distribution, design, and development. Prior to their current role, Melissa held various managerial and technical positions at Batory Foods Inc, Tate & Lyle, King & Prince Seafood, and ACH Food Companies. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Florida.
