Lauren Uriarte

Lauren Uriarte is an experienced clinical operations professional with a robust background in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Director of Clinical Operations at Nurix Therapeutics since August 2024, Lauren previously held the same title at Gritstone bio from August 2021 to August 2024, and also progressed from Associate Director to Director of Clinical Operations in that role. At Assembly Biosciences, Inc., from May 2020 to July 2021, Lauren functioned as Clinical Program Manager and Senior Clinical Trial Manager. Lauren's career began at ProTrials Research, where multiple roles were fulfilled from 2007 to May 2020, including Clinical Program Manager and Lead CRA. Additional experience includes a Contract Clinical Trial Manager position at Genentech (2004-2006), Senior CRA at MedImmune Vaccines (2001-2004), and Clinical Research Associate at Aviron (1999-2001). Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and History from the University of Redlands, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
